To provide an overview on the variety and complexity of the Feldenkrais Method, the teaching staff is composed of broad experience and internationally recognized trainers.
Some of them have been trained directly by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, founder of the method.
All segments will be held in Vignale Monferrato (AL).
Cà Poggio B&B offers its simple and cozy rooms, a large hall for physical activities and a library with fireplace together with the warm hospitality typical of this generous land.
It will be possible to stay at Cà Poggio B&B training venue, or alternatively, in one of the accommodations in the area, of which we will provide contacts and information.
Vignale is located in the heart of the Monferrato, an area of the Piedmont region rich in history, culture and well-known eno-gastronomic traditions around the world.
The hilly highland landscape of Monferrato, a land of vineyards and castles, stirs up strong emotions in people who visit and discover it for the first time.
The fresh local farm products, the excellent wines, the rivers and the streams, the rolling hills with vineyards, the medieval villages with castles and churches spared from the tourist crowds, offer to visitors the unique opportunity to immerse in an authentic and relaxing Italian lifestyle, a tangible experience of "bella vita".
In San Bernardo region, far from the noise of the city, is situated Cà Poggio.
A old typical building of the Monferrato rural tradition, that has been restored in full respect of its ancient rural spirit and offers many facilities including a comfortable and bright gym where the training will take place.
The landscape that surrounds us has remained almost unchanged over time and offers a direct contact with nature including vegetable garden, fruit trees, vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields and steep meadows.
