  • Structure of the course

Training days last 5 hours and include theoretical and practical lessons. Every day, there is also the possibility to observe 1 hour of Functional Integration® (FI®), given by Trainers or Experienced Practitioners.

After completing the first 400 hours of training, the student will receive the authorisation to teach Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) lessons to the public, as part of his/her learning process.

This is an amazing opportunity to start working with the method.

Over the course of the training, students explore in depth their own learning process and they develop the ability to guide others in their own somatic experience. They do this through theoretical lessons, group laboratories, group lessons of ATM® and practice of Functional Integration® (IF®).

During all segments, FELDENKRAIS Movimento e Funzione S.r.l. will provide all materials for the practice: Feldenkrais tables, stools, rolles, pillows and mats.

The certificate of Feldenkrais practitioner given by FELDENKRAIS Movimento e Funzione S.r.l. is valid worldwide and is recognised by all Feldenkrais Associations and Tabs.
