Authorization to Teach: After the first 400 hours of training (end of the 2nd academic year) and a practical supervision, students receive official authorization to teach Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) classes to the public as a "student in training."

Training Materials: In addition to audio and video recordings of the lessons, students will have full access to all professional props during in-person segments (Feldenkrais tables, stools, rollers, floor pads, and cushions).

International Transfer Network: Thanks to our Director's global network, any missed days or segments can be made up at other accredited Feldenkrais trainings in Europe or via audio recordings.

SYLLABUS: THE 2027-2030 TRAINING PATH

Our professional training balances between technical and theoretical concepts and a deep dive into a transformative experience. The program is structured to guide you step-by-step from discovering your own motor organization to confidently leading the learning processes of others with competence and sensitivity.

Years 1 & 2 | Foundations & Organic Learning

During the first two years, the focus is mostly on immersing yourself in the process of Awareness Through Movement® (ATM). You won't just study the Feldenkrais Method from books; you will experience it as a living process of sensory self-education.

Rediscovering Motor Development
We explore the dynamics of organic learning by retracing the developmental patterns that allow infants to move from the floor to an upright standing position. We analyse the functional relationships between gaze, head control, and spinal organization.

The Intelligence of the Skeleton
Learn to perceive the skeletal structure as the primary system for support and transmission of force. You will understand how to differentiate movements to eliminate unnecessary muscular effort, refining your self-image in action.

Lesson Logic & Structure
We begin analysing the architecture of ATM lessons, developing the verbal skills necessary to guide a group clearly, warmly, and professionally.

Student Teacher Status
Reaching the 400-hour mark at the end of Year 2 and undergoing the ATM practicum grants you the accreditation to begin teaching group classes to the public, a vital milestone for launching your professional career.

Years 3 & 4 | Technical Mastery & Tactile Dialogue

In the second half of the training, although ATM work is maintained and expanded, the curriculum shifts toward developing more advanced competencies in Functional Integration® (FI). The focus expands toward the client, learning how to create a tailored learning environment through non-verbal touch.

The Sensitivity of Touch
Refine your ability to establish a clear, non-verbal dialogue through your hands. Feldenkrais touch is never manipulative or corrective; it is informative. You will learn to suggest new movement options and clarify your client's organization.

Functional Thinking & Strategy
Master the skills needed to recognise a person's habitual movement patterns and design specific, individualized lessons. You will utilize supports (rollers, cushions) and various orientations in space (side-lying, sitting, standing) to facilitate the learning process.

Integrating ATM and FI
Deepen your understanding of how the core logic of group lessons mirrors hands-on work and vice versa. This integration ensures your teaching remains fluid, cohesive, and adaptable to any context.

Professional Practice & Graduation
Through supervised practical sessions with external guests, you will solidify your confidence as a practitioner. The journey culminates in receiving your International Feldenkrais Diploma, fully recognized by all global Associations.

The entire course includes over 300 group Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons, alongside extensive group practice and interactive teaching labs.
